Nicole’s career went international in 1997 when engaged to work as a backing vocalist for Australia’s own international pop sensation ‘Savage Garden’ on their wildly successful ‘Garden of Earthly Delights’ worldwide live promotional & concert tours in 1997 and 1998.

After touring with Savage Garden Nicole embarked on her own simple journey into song-craft; teaching herself to play guitar and writing her own original material whilst also delving into her other passion: the theatre and so, studied performance for theatre at the Qld. College of Art.
In 2000 Nicole travelled to the UK, to live in Bristol for 7 years teaching voice and working with various musicians on her original material and jazz projects.
After returning to Qld. in 2007 she then made the move to Tasmania in 2012 to formalise her vast experience into a formal qualification and so enrolled to study the Bachelor of Music Degree in Songwriting at the UTAS Conservatorium of Music in Hobart.
Nicole continues her song-craft oddessy with new material in a solo capacity and also with local originals bands Guerilla Zingari, a Gypsy/Roots outfit who have recorded two full albums over the past three years and played at Woodford Folk festival in the summer of 2014-15, and with “MumboGumbo”: Soul/Funk/Blues. Popular local favourite at "Rektango".
"Guerilla Zingari" achieved national airplay on ABC’s Radio National with Robbie Buck and on triple J’s Roots n All with Sarah Howels. They also conducted as successful 14 date national promotional tour in 2013-14.
Nicole also works with Mosaic community Services as Music Tutor in their Arts Access programs for adults living with disability.
She continues to pursue her love of Jazz at regular bi-monthly appearances with some of Hobart's finest musicians at Henry Jones IXL Long Bar, plays solo gigs with her guitar and in various combos, indulges her deep passion for old Blues and Southern Funk with local band of music heroes "MumboGumbo", and let's her hair down with her luscious New Orleans street style dixie trad Trio: "Les Femmes Rouges"
Nicole has conducted workshops and lead the vocal chant on Dark Mofo’s “Burning Ogga” event in 2015, appeared in the "Reckless Women" show at Town Hall - a 9 woman show celebrating the feminine - for Festival of Voices 2015 and also created and directed the Welcome Event/Lantern Procession/Fire Spectacular for the "Huon Valley's annual Mid Winter Festival" since it's inception in 2014 to 2017.
